High heel therapy

The other day I posted about Katherine Heigl sportin’ her MBT sneaks. Could these shoes by the anti- high heel? Could a day or two (say, on the weekend) of wearing your MBTs give your feet the “downtime” they need to persevere through the rest of the week of looking fantastic in your wear-to-work high heels or your Friday-night-dancing high heels?

I am thinking of investing in a pair of these sneakers. At first I wasn’t sure I liked the look, but they’re growing on me. They’re kind of reminiscent of old school Vans.

Here’s the MBT Women’s Sabatu. I think it’s kind of like nurse-chic! Ha. But seriously, I’m learning that wearing my high heels, especially ill-fitting ones, could land me in the nurse’s office, so maybe nurse-chic it is.

More about high heels in another post, but today, I’m thinking about comfort and sensibility.
