UK socialite and celebrity stylist Hannah Sandling has come out of the closet—her shoe closet, that is! With over 700 pairs of shoes in a “secret wardrobe” behind her clothes, Hannah says shoes ARE sexier than men.
From her first pair of heels when she was 13, to a £600 (about $975) Prada pair with diamond-studded heels, Hannah has a relationship with her shoes “that is rooted in loyalty and love.”
I can totally see where she’s coming from with these controversial observations:
Shoes don’t care if you’ve gained a few pounds or haven’t washed your hair; they’re always going to fit you, however frumpy you’re feeling.
Unlike men, shoes come with a feel-good guarantee.
I just love my Jimmy Choos. They’re the one thing I’d save if my house was burning down.
Shoes will never talk back to you, they’ll unquestioningly go anywhere with you, and they’re absolutely guaranteed to make you feel amazing.
My feet do some distance, and my fabulous shoes are always there to help. Can any woman honestly say that of a man?
