The calf muscles might give it away, because this glamorous gal is known for 4- and 5-hour workouts (despite being mom to three kids). In April of 2009, she topped Forbes’ list of Hollywood’s hardest working mothers, followed by actresses Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow. Our mystery girl wore these shoes to the New York premiere of “Filth and Wisdom.”

These shoes are crazy!! My guess is Angelina Jolie but I think they are better suited for Courtney Love!! Who is it???
I can’t see ever really wearing these shoes…but would be fun for a special event.
None other than Madge of course. Everyone else seems to be skeptical about their beauty (the shoes that is) but I adore them. If I had a pair, I would wear them every chance I got.
